What surfaces does CiBRAI monitor? Does it monitor websites?
CiBRAI can monitor almost any relevant digital surface. Deployment typically begins with the organisation's workstations, servers and business applications, then expands across endpoint protection and detection, identity, network, cloud, vulnerability, email, websites and other internet-facing systems. Behavioural analytics and cyber threat intelligence are used to determine what is occurring within the environment. As a true AI-powered SIEM with a full data lake, CiBRAI can process high-volume security telemetry as well as application logs, business metrics and operational data.
Is hardware readily available given current GPU and RAM pricing?
Yes. CiBRAI currently operates a mix of Lenovo and Dell server infrastructure within Equinix SY4. GPU workload orchestration and clustering are based on NVIDIA Dynamo, allowing AI capacity to be scaled across workloads as demand increases. Hardware procurement and expansion are actively managed against client demand, availability and movements in GPU, memory and storage pricing.
How secure are CiBRAI tenancies hosted at Equinix SY4?
Equinix SY4 is a government-grade Australian data centre operating with mature physical, operational and information-security controls, including SOC 2, ISO 27001 and other relevant certifications. CiBRAI adds tenant segregation, encryption, role-based access, monitoring and dedicated security controls. For government and defence clients, systems can be physically separated to establish a clearly defined security boundary and make independent IRAP assessment practical.
Can CiBRAI accept Stripe payments?
Yes. Stripe is available for card-based and self-service payments, particularly for SME offerings. Government and larger enterprise clients generally prefer invoicing, purchase orders and established procurement processes. CiBRAI's partners and MSSPs are also commonly members of relevant government and enterprise procurement panels.
What traction has CiBRAI achieved to date?
Traction is broad across government and enterprise, with multiple opportunities now taking shape. Several departments and organisations are considering how CiBRAI could replace or augment existing SIEM, SOC, SOAR and threat-intelligence platforms. The proposition is resonating because CiBRAI provides a unified Cybersecurity Operating System designed to improve coverage while materially reducing the cost and complexity of fragmented security tooling.
How are leads generated?
Leads are generated through existing Gadget Access relationships, trade events, strategic partners, MSSPs, direct client engagement and targeted marketing through LinkedIn and Meta. Partner-led opportunities are particularly important in government and enterprise markets where established relationships and procurement pathways accelerate engagement.
What marketing channels are being used?
CiBRAI uses targeted newsletters, direct campaigns, trade-event follow-up, LinkedIn, Meta and partner co-marketing. The newsletter audience now exceeds 40,000 people and is increasingly segmented to improve relevance, engagement and conversion rather than relying on broad, untargeted marketing blasts.
What is the current sales-pipeline position?
The enterprise and government pipeline has been developing since late 2025, with opportunities ranging from early market-shaping discussions through to solution design, partner engagement and commercial consideration. The SME pipeline commenced in July 2026 and is being supported by new subscription offerings, simplified deployment and an expanding self-service onboarding model.
What happens once a sale has closed?
Enterprise onboarding is hands-on and begins with discovery and engagement meetings, followed by tenancy design, provisioning, data-source integration, endpoint deployment, validation, tuning and training. Government and defence environments can be deployed on physically separated systems to support a defined IRAP assessment boundary. Smaller clients receive direct support using automated Windows, Linux and macOS installers, together with Zoom or web-based onboarding and video training. Additional self-service capabilities are being developed for the SME market.
